Yeah, you're right (as well as the other person who commented) that the Capo is on 6. When I originally wrote down the chords and all, I must have been looking at the wrong fret. Sorry about that, it's updated now!
Incorrect. It is alternately tuned. Watch shane a d shane play it. And listen, there aren't any highs mainly mellow notes, even the highs are mellow. It is not capo six. I believe it is drop d but I may be wrong. But it is deff alternately tuned.
Daniel, you're right. Shane B plays a much more complicated version tuned down a half step and in drop D. Someone actually tabbed it out a few years ago and I learned it, but a person on YouTube asked for some simple chords so I put these together. There's definitely more complexity to it, and in many places these chords don't do the song justice, but I wanted to make it easy for someone just starting out on guitar to be able to play the song. Honestly, if I'm playing the song for the fun of it, I don't even use my own chords..lol. I use the tabs.
